TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 All designs are held for three(3) days / 72HRS without payment, after which designs may be discarded and a work fee will be applied for future job request. Dizine Jamaica is dedicated to providing world class designs at the lowest prices. We aim to keep costs at a minimum with no extra costs or fees. Customers are expected to give as much information as possible and to finalize all information BEFORE registering/submitting a design request as a MAXIMUM of three(3) FREE requests for adjustments are allowed (this does not mean you are required to use all three requests for adjustments). Requests for adjustments exceeding three(3) or outside the design schedule (72HRS / 3 days) will carry a small service charge of $500JMD / $5USD per adjustment. Adjustments are to be requested within the allowed 3-day period. Any attempt to deliberately withhold finalized design details with the intention of experimenting / trial & error will attarct a small service charge of $500JMD / $5USD per additinal adjustment. Designs are generally to be completed within the specified 24HRS period. Express delivery design requests are to be completed within 1-3HRS, finalized information is especially compulsory for express delivery design requests. Local payments are final. Only ONE design draft will be prepared for delivery to the registered client. Providing alternative options will require payment of $750JMD (per alternative). Please note, Dizine Jamaica is for those who know / have a firm understanding of their desired design / video content(s). If you are uncertain / unsure about what it is you want to achieve, we recommend not submitting a design request until you are confident enough to do so. Efficiency and quality are our top priorities, as time is a crucial part of our operations. A 50% deposit is required to commence work on all video content. Full payment is required upon completion of video editing. Final video content will not be stored indefinitely. Please ensure script is finalized BEFORE submission. Instructions must be clearly and readily understood. Raw files (PSD,AI) are to be requested within a 14-day period. Customers are guaranteed full support once they are registered. Dizine Jamaica reserves the right to adjust prices in the future. Any unclaimed payments made will be forfeited after fourteen(14) days. All promotions from Dizine Jamaica are for Dizine Jamaica's clients(registered) only. All artworks designed by Dizine Jamaica may bear its signature.
